Ministry to Single Mothers

The project intends to help single mothers living in Nashville, Tennessee, through a holistic approach to respond to causes and challenges facing single motherhood. Goals are to reach 200 single mothers. The project will provide a forum for family education which will include topics of balancing work and family, parent and child education and teenager-parent relationships. It will help single mothers connect to community resources and provide life skills and coping skills classes. It will also provide a self-directed network and an outlet for these mothers to share their experiences.
